A green season in the sun

    因为昨晚刚下雨，所以今天的空气特别清新。

    今天要正式开始上英语课了，早上我们8点下楼集合，可居然被放鸽子了！！

    过了好一会，老师才来带我们前往我们接下来要上英语课的地方------中正中学。

    我想这是我们第一次较远距离地步行离开宿舍。在去中正的路上，我们可开大了眼界。首先呢，肯定要提到的就是车，不得不说新加坡人有钱，而且不是一般的有钱。无路大路小路上，奔驰宝马数量非常之多，可以和厦门的的士数量相比拟，多到我们看都不爱看了，而且几乎都是最新款的……反而有时候能看到一辆奥迪反而觉得是好车。除了这些耳熟能详的好车，还有许多我们从来都没有见过的跑车，绝对超酷。（有同学说到新加坡如果想看车的话，到停车场就够你看了。）

    中正中学时见在一片别墅群当中，所以看完靓车后，我们又开始欣赏这里富人的洋房。正当我们欣赏之余，突然，空中传来一阵无比巨响的轰鸣声，抬头一看，只见一架战斗机从我们头上低空飞过，大家不禁开始无尽地感叹（不知道是怎么回事，从那以后，这个片区上空就一直有战斗机和军用运输机飞过，持续了好几天，一开始，大家还很新奇，之后除了抱怨吵，就再也没有更多的新奇感。）

    接下来，进中正，老师给我们介绍课程，然后自我介绍。我居然被表扬了！英语rather well!!! 呼~ 出乎我的意料。

    之后，Mr. Lau带我们去市中心，随便提一句，中餐很难吃，让我突然觉的吴骥说的一句话很有道理：“在中国活的好好的，干吗要来这里活受罪。

Today, we went to central business district to visit Singapore City Gallery,. It is a normal visit, but to be honest, for my part, it made a notable impact on my mind.

Singapore City Gallery is a three-storey interactive arena which has a lot of modern and spectacular facilities.

First we came to second storey, where there was a 3-D model of the entire island of Singapore which lets us know further details about Singapore’s landscape design.

Then, we went up to the third storey. To our surprise, there was a larger-than-life ''designer's table'' that lets us have a go being an urban planner. It really brought us to the past of Singapore, we got to know the history of Singapore’s development .Singapore was a small fishing village which is poor and full of poverty, and later it was a British colony and was once occupied by Japan during the Second World War……however, Singapore amazed the world, it developed and grew quickly to be a strong dragon in Asia today!

something worth mentioning was that in the first storey, there was a voting game, from the big screen, we saw that Zany quiz show to test how well you know about Singapore ,with Gurmit Singh as your game master.

Obviously, Rome wasn’t built in a day, so was Singapore. Although it was occupied by British and Japanese; Although it was a tiny fishing village which did not have much nature resource, it can still can develop miraculously into a rich , civil, modern and strong country . I believe it is all because Singaporeans are independent, diligent, creative, capable, brave and persevering to overcome the obstacles. This is thought-provoking and worthy for Chinese to learn from if they want their own country to be a real strong and prosperous country. Yes, this is indeed true.

    下午回来后，休息了一下，便和曾嘉奕到健身房锻炼，真是爽阿，整个健身房就我们两个人，值得一提的是这里还有音响可以听歌唱歌，呼~~~~ 好久没这么痛快了。之后呢，他还教我跳舞，呵呵~~

    晚饭挺有味道的。拿完送洗的衣服后接到“养父母”的电话，说要过来看我们，而且帮我们买了手机卡！！！噢 我的上帝…………  

    下了楼，过了一会儿就看见他们一家坐着大奔就来了。和他们的三个孩子握手后，我拿到了手机卡，顺带还给了我一张30新币的充值卡！真的好感谢他们，心怀感激的我都不知道该说些什么了。

    晚上，和嘉奕居然像亲兄弟一样交流感情，说到11点，下次不敢了……

    总的来说，今天，过的挺开心的。
